Oxidant Cream No:3 (40 Volume): It should be used to lighten the existing hair color up to 4.5 tons and to cover the white hair. The amount of Oxidant Cream to be used should always be 3 times the paint used. That is, a 40 gr tube of hair dye cream should be mixed homogeneously with 120 ml of Oxidant Cream No:3. It should be stored in a cool place, protected from light.
