How to use:
- Turn only 1/8 inch (pen does not retract).
- Apply as desired along the lines.
- Apply in small, short strokes for a thinner, more precise application.
- For a smoky look, draw a thicker line that extends beyond the outer corner of the eyes.
- Eyeliner brush or finger with cotton swab.
- Forcibly replace the cover.
