This wine is made with a selection of Bobal grapes born in vineyards in the upper part of Utiel Requena. With yields of less than 1 kg per vine, it was harvested in mid-October. A pre-fermentative maceration was carried out at 3ºC for 4 days and it was fermented at 26ºC, keeping the pastes for another 10 days. 50% of the wine has undergone malolactic fermentation for 12 months in lightly toasted French oak barrels.
