L'Oreal S.A. is a French personal care company headquartered in Clichy, Hauts-de-Seine with a registered office in Paris. Instructions:
Step 1: Prime the lashes with the Lash Paradise Primer for extra volume and length and eyelash care. Move the mascara brush from the base of the lashes to the tips of the lashes.
Step 2: Move the mascara brush from the base of the lashes to the tips of the lashes. For best results, move the mascara brush in a zigzagging motion during application. The mascara is suitable for sensitive eyes.
