Instructions for use:
1. Flatten the skin of the hardness by soaking the feet in warm water for a few minutes, and then remove the hardened skin by rubbing it with a towel.
2. Cleanse and dry the skin.
3. Remove the top paper and then the bottom paper, avoiding touching the sticky area.
4. Firmly apply dressing over the induration.
5. Hold in place until it begins to peel off on its own. The dressing may remain attached for several days.
6. Repeat the treatment until the stiffness is completely gone.
