Instructions
- Shake well before use
- Soak the cotton pad with remover
- Clean one eye contour at a time
- Apply to eye contour area, press gently for a few seconds, then wipe with downward strokes
- Repeat with a new cotton pad if necessary
- Use a fresh soaked cloth or cotton pad to remove lipstick
- Rinse with cold water
