PARFUMBY RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Is the product defective, damaged or incomplete? Or you just would like to return the item.  For any case we strongly advice us to contact with us before returning an item. Please contact with us via hello@parfumby.com immediately so we can find the best solution for you.

USING YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / RETURN

Do you want to return one or more products? You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us [INSERT: Name of the company, street, number, postcode, town, e-mail address, telephone number] of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired. Please note that you must return the ordered products and any samples and gifts received in good and unused condition and in the original, unopened packaging.

CONSEQUENCES OF USING YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / RETURN

In the event that you return all items from your order, we will refund the complete order amount, including the paid shipping costs for shipping. The direct costs for the return shipment are for your own account. If you return part of your order, we will only refund the amount of the items you return to us. After receipt and assessment of the return shipment, we will refund the amount to be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the moment you have notified us of the cancellation. We will refund this amount to you via the payment method with which you also paid with us.

Does the product have visible signs of use, has it not been carefully packaged, causing the product to be damaged, is the product incomplete, is the packaging / sealing damaged or missing (part of) the packaging / sealing? Then the depreciation can go up to 100%. As a consumer you are liable for the depreciation of the product if this is a result of the way of handling the product that goes beyond what is necessary. The amount of the depreciation depends on whether we can still sell the product again or not. As a webshop we may charge this depreciation.

WARRANTY / DEFECTS

Product delivered defective

Is the product ordered by you defective, damaged, spoiled or incomplete? Please contact our customer service and, if possible, attach a photo of the received product by e-mail. A defective product received may then be returned to us.

Warranty conditions

The legal warranty applies to all items that you buy from us. This means that an item must be in good condition and function properly under normal use. In addition to the legal warranty, the manufacturer’s warranty applies to certain items. A manufacturer’s warranty is an additional warranty provided by the manufacturer. If this is the case, you will find this in the documentation for the product.

The manufacturer’s warranty only applies to the timepiece for watches, so not to: glass damage, crown and push buttons, stones, case damage, watch strap, battery and water resistance. The warranty also expires in the event of water damage, opening a watch yourself, an accident or improper use of the watch. The water resistance of watches cannot be guaranteed.

No defect?

If you have returned a product for warranty and we find no defect, we will send the product back to you and we will charge the return costs.
