Description

Usage:

To obtain the most ideal color, eyelashes and eyebrows should be dry and oil-free.
PREPARATION OF THE PAINT
Mix 2 cm of paint and 10 drops of RefectoCil Liquid Oxidant or 15-20 drops of RefectoCil Cream Oxidant in a non-metallic plastic container with the application stick to form a creamy paste.
APPLICATION and CLEANING
EYELASH COLOR
Prepare 2 RefectoCil Skin Protective Papers.
Apply RefectoCil Skin Protective Cream to the under eye area and under the protective papers.
Picture 1. Place the lash papers at the bottom of the lashes so that the dye does not get on the skin.
Picture 2. After the eyes are closed, apply with the help of a paint stick until the eyelashes are completely covered with the dye Picture 3. After the waiting period, gently remove the skin protective papers in the direction of the arrow.
Picture 4. Wipe off excess paint with a dry cotton swab and remove any remaining paint residue with a damp cotton swab.
The paint should be applied to the eyelashes with the eyes closed and should remain closed until they are cleaned.
EYEBROW PAINTING
Apply from the roots of the hair to the ends of the eyebrows.
Dwell Time: Adjust according to the color chart.
After the waiting period, wipe off excess paint with a dry cotton swab.
If the paint comes into contact with the skin, you can clean the paint stains quickly and softly with RefectoCil Skin Paint Cleanser, it should never be applied to the eyelashes and the skin around the eyes.
